Return Policy
At Kelly & Saunders Vancouver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them (outside of trying) is not.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Returns of products ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return are not permitted.
How to Return an Item

Send a return request to info@kellysaundersvancouver.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or postal fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will be notified by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Responsibility & Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
